Dancers

Our dancers work a minimum of 25 hours a week, which works out to three shifts. You don’t have to be an expert dancer to apply because we offer training for all of our entertainers.

If you have a bit of talent and the desire to hone your skills to a fine stiletto point, it is possible to earn between $1,000 and $5,000 per day. In fact, many of our dancers earn this on a regular basis, which makes our Dallas gentlemen’s club and our Fort Worth gentlemen’s club some of the highest-paying establishments in Texas.

Cooks/Wait Staff

In addition to fabulous entertainment, we take great pleasure in providing our guests with quality food that is always a cut above the competition. Our chefs know their way around a kitchen and are responsible for preparing everything from menu items to the daily brunch.

The best bonus of all is that while the stove might be hot, we promise you it isn’t the hottest thing you will be working around as you clock in for your shift at Chicas Locas.

Bartenders, Waiters, Hostess, and DJs

A great time at the club for our patrons depends on the bartenders and waiters who to take orders and make sure the guests glasses are full while the food’s cooking. The bartenders we hire are expert mixologists who know the Bartender’s Professional Handbook inside and out. We pair these talented gods of the glass with an experienced wait staff who can read their customers and make appealing recommendations to each and every client.
